We offer handcrafted wooden furniture and home décor items including solid wood shelves, bookcases, wall-mounted shelves, coffee tables, and storage solutions. All products are artisan-made using natural, sustainably sourced wood.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent to handcrafted goods and do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error occurs. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be fully refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies per order unless otherwise stated during checkout or in a promotional offer.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Order Cancellations
