$4.99 flat shipping on every order, no matter the size or weight of your purchase.
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within the US.
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Each piece is wrapped in protective materials and placed in reinforced packaging designed to safeguard solid wood furniture during transit. Our team inspects every item before it leaves our facility to ensure you receive it in pristine condition.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress directly through the carrier’s website. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
