All products listed are handcrafted, artisan-made wooden furniture and home décor items. Because each piece is made by hand from natural wood, slight variations in grain, color, and dimension are inherent characteristics, not defects. Product images are representative; actual items may vary slightly in appearance.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely; we do not store full card details on our servers.
An order confirmation email constitutes acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance of your order. Horizon et al LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $4.99 per order for deliveries within the contiguous United States.
Because all items are artisan-made, please allow 3–7 business days for order preparation before your item ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Standard estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holiday periods.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an approved RMA.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Horizon et al LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond those specifically stated in our return policy.
